DWEE’s August 14 response identifies July 31 as the comment cutoff for the permit decision. An old comment template should not be used as though this is still an open submission period. [5]

The July report preserves questions and research from before the state permit. Some questions later received agency responses. Permit-status statements and recommended actions inside it may be out of date.

Public-comment counts

Earlier PCC pages reported 76 letter records and a separate petition cover reporting 324 submissions. Those figures count submission units, not unique people. This website audit did not recount the letters or verify a one-to-one file match, so they are retained here as earlier PCC audit figures rather than a new finding.
